  • 17 steps to grade with two 4x4 landings and solar-powered riser lights
  • 616 sq ft custom-cut black aluminum under-deck drainage system with black gutters and downspouts
  • Waterproof lower-level electrical: 8 LED lights, 2 fans, switches and a second TV with cedar feature wall
  • 626 sq ft stamped concrete patio with walkway to the gate and steps to the driveway
