Deck & sunroom financing in Metro Atlanta
A well-built outdoor space is a real investment, and spreading it out is a reasonable way to think about it. Here is how financing works on our projects — and where our part ends.

How it works
We work with Lyon Financial so that financing is on the table when you're ready to consider it. They are the lender — the application, the approval decision, the rate and the terms are all theirs to set.
Our part is the project: the design, the permit and the build. Warranty terms are in your signed contract. You have the warranty as soon as you approve the quote and pay your deposit, not in a separate document handed over at completion. Ask during your consultation and we'll send you to the application.
What the investment actually looks like
Our projects generally start around $40,000. Recent featured builds ran from about $94,000 to $178,000, and simpler uncovered decks cost less than those.
You get a solid quote at the site visit. Drawings are prepared as part of the permitting process.
What to ask the lender before you sign
- What is the rate, and is it fixed or does it change?
- How long is the term, and what does the monthly payment include?
- Are there origination or late fees, and is there a prepayment penalty?
- What do they need from you to approve, and how long does that take?
- What happens to the terms if the project timeline moves?
How the price itself is kept honest
Quotes are itemized, so you can see what each part of the project costs rather than one round number. Changes are written up as change orders before the work happens — no surprise charges at the end.
That matters most when you're financing: knowing the scope is settled means the monthly number you planned around stays the number you planned around.
A few questions you may be wondering about.
Do you offer in-house financing?
No. Financing is available through Lyon Financial, and we are not the lender — they set the approval, rate and terms.
Can I get pre-qualified before my consultation?
Pre-qualification is Lyon Financial's decision, not ours. You can start with them directly, or ask us at the consultation for the application link.
Do I need financing arranged to book a consultation?
No. The consultation is a conversation about what you want to build. Financing is something you can raise once you have a solid quote in hand.
Does financing change what the project costs?
Interest and fees are set by the lender, so the total you repay is usually more than the price of the project. That is exactly what the questions above are for — get the terms in writing before you decide.
