Year-round comfort
Custom Sunrooms in Metro Atlanta
A sunroom is a fully insulated, heated and cooled addition. Looking for fresh air instead? A screen room offers an outdoor feel.

How much of the year would you like to use it?
Choose a screen room (three-season room) for fresh air or a sunroom (four-season room) for indoor comfort.
Screen room (three-season room)
Screens let fresh air move through while reducing insects. This is an outdoor space, not a heated and cooled addition; wind-driven rain can enter.
Sunroom (four-season room)
A room planned with insulation, heating and cooling in mind. Windows, roof, walls and floor all influence comfort, so it needs to be considered as a complete addition rather than a porch with glass.
Built around your priorities.

The details worth thinking through.
Decide how it connects to your home
Access from the kitchen or living area, changes in floor level and furniture placement can make the difference between an occasional retreat and a room you use every day.
Balance daylight and comfort
Large windows and skylights bring light, but orientation and glass selection affect heat gain and glare. Think about shade, privacy and your view as part of the same decision.
Understand the full addition
Foundations, roof connections, drainage, electrical work and any heating or cooling must be coordinated. A room below an elevated structure adds its own waterproofing and access considerations.

What do three-season and four-season room mean?
A three-season room is a screen room. A four-season room is a sunroom — an insulated, heated and cooled addition.
Will a sunroom increase my home's value?
It may, but the outcome depends on the home, permitted scope and local market. Choose the project primarily around how you will use it; do not assume the construction price will be recovered at resale.
What should I have ready before a consultation?
A few photos of the house and yard, an idea of how you would use the room and your investment range are a useful start. Note any HOA rules or property documents you already have; finished plans are not necessary to begin the conversation.
Are we a good fit?
We focus exclusively on new builds — decks, screen rooms and sunrooms — and do not repair or add onto existing structures.
Our projects generally start around $40,000. The layout, materials and site conditions determine the written price.
