Request a consultation online and book a call time. On the call we talk through how you'll use the space and book a site visit; at the visit, we measure and give you a solid quote.

Drawings are prepared as part of permitting. Permit fees are included in your deposit. We file drawings and handle inspections and variances; you obtain HOA approval with the information we provide.

After the permit is approved, we review our current workload and start planning a start date. Start and completion dates cannot be guaranteed.

We walk the inspector through the finished project, then you. Warranty terms are already in your signed contract from quote approval and deposit payment.
